日本語 It’s been a fruitful year for New World Foods with the team working hard to accomplish company goals.
We purchased the Meat Snacks Group in the UK, the largest producer of jerky & biltong in Europe, which has doubled the business & cemented our leadership position with our Kings, Cruga & Wild West brands. Our sales team were set the task to look into the meat snacks market in Hawaii & have established opportunities to expand into the Hawaiian market next year which is intended for the first half of 2020.
Our brand Kings sponsored the Rugby World Cup grand finalist UK team launching limited edition rugby jersey beef jerky bags!
The team in Australia has recognised the appeal & demand of vegan products & have been solidly working to perfect the recipe & we hope to see our new vegan brand on shelves throughout Australia in early 2020. With the planned growth of the business we have been looking at opportunities to increase the production capability & after much research & discussion we have decided to invest back into our current facility at Casino with expansion of the current site which will see it double in size. Mid year we launched an Australian first with our microwavable pork crackle which has been received extremely well by both retailers & consumers.
All in all 2019 was a great year full of new opportunities, development & brand success in the meat snacks market!
